Project is focused on <strong>active packaging technology <\/strong>that sustainably upgrades <strong>abundant biopolymers <\/strong>into high-value active edible coatings for fresh fish.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-019b69cbbf27d68643fbf22534ff3eea\" style=\"background-color:#f4dfa3\">- Project is described through <mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">7 scientific goals<\/mark> and is focused on the development and characterisation of new designed biopolymer formulations for edible coatings. Coatings made from natural resources and &nbsp;enriched with <strong>natural bioactive compounds <\/strong>will be optimised to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">preserve the quality and inhibit microbial spoilage<\/span> of fresh <mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Adriatic fish<\/mark>.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f4a0c550de838d1697e415fecfd3a4d0\" style=\"background-color:#f4dfa3\">- <strong>Natural biopolymers <\/strong>serve as an
